Fun and sophisticated, waterjet designs are ideal for interior designers who want to create unique geometric patterns using tile or stone. For both commercial and residential designers, the custom possibilities are endless! Our extensive waterjet capabilities offer designers the chance to create everything from small mosaic patterns to large tile shapes, custom logos & medallions, or completely bespoke patterns!
Here’s how it’s done:
● Selected large format porcelain tiles are pulled
● The Waterjet machine is then used to cut them into the pattern and size of your choosing
● If a natural product is chosen, we can create any pattern using stones (marble, limestone, travertine, onyx)
● If producing a smaller shape (6”-8”), we sheet-mount the units
● If producing shapes over 8”, we keep them loose for ease of installation
● Tile is placed in custom crates to ensure safe shipping
● Tile is on its way to you! -
Simple yet elegant, Skord is a dream for interior designers who love modern and clean lines. An excellent solution for both commercial and residential projects, the Skord Collection is versatile and stylish. The great thing is that our process is pain-free and enjoyable for you, as the creative. You choose a pattern and your preferred field tile color– and then, we make it to order! Note that the grout color of your choice is added during the installation process to really make the design pop!
Here’s the step-by-step that comes after your creative selections:
● Selected field tiles are pulled (12x12, 12x24, or 24x24)
● The waterjet machine “scores” grout lines into the tile
● Tile is placed in custom crates to hold the material safely during shipping
● Tile is in route to you! -

We start by importing porcelain tiles from our most trusted Italian and Spanish factories to include in our standard color palette options. You [the designer] select the pattern, scale, and colors of your choice, then your tile is made-to-order. We use our waterjet machine to cut porcelain, metal, mirror, and natural stones into the one-of-a-kind patterns & shapes you design. Most waterjet patterns are between 6”-24” in size and depending on the size of the finished unit, it will come sheet-mounted or in loose pieces.
We continue the white glove experience by building custom crates to hold the material safely for shipping and provide a thorough guide for a successful installation. There is no better feeling than signing off a creative decision when you know it is in good hands.
