Once the Chiquita Banana Headquarters, the AMLI Residential in Midtown Miami is a 6.6 acre residential apartment complex designed by Zyscovich. Being so close to the famous Miami Arts District, the common areas are created to evoke an eclectic artsy vibe. The floor courtesy of Audrey Lane’s Happy pattern is an amazing canvas on which the lounge area is created.
